The Hémicycle opened at the end of August 2023 (the French National Assembly is in the immediate vicinity). Well-known for having been the setting for Loiseau Rive Gauche, this Michelin-starred establishment is now part of Stéphane Manigold's galaxy, who had the good idea of entrusting Flavio Lucarini with the keys to the kitchen. The Italian chef offers a contemporary menu, including a pasta dinner. The sweet side is in the hands of chef Aurora Storari, who offers a unique experience with unprecedented sweet-savory combinations.

Un’ottima esperienza culinaria grazie allo chef Flavio Lucarini e al suo staff. Troverete un menù che ha personalità da vendere, non aspettatevi quindi niente di scontato o banale.
Un piacere ed un piccolo orgoglio scoprire che non solo lo chef ma anche buona parte dello staff è italiano. Consiglio vivamente di prenotare al più presto, poiché se manterranno questi standard presto l’attesa per trovare un tavolo disponibile aumenterà.
Unico neo, assolutamente marginale, come suggerito in altre recensioni, la luce nella sala è forse un po’ troppo intensa.
