LES OMBRES QUAI BRANLY
Restaurant on the roof of the Branly Museum with a view of the Eiffel Tower where contemporary cuisine evolves with the seasons.
As if suspended in the Paris sky, with a spectacular view of the Eiffel Tower, the restaurant Les Ombres at the Musée du Quai Branly - Jacques Chirac reinvents itself with an audacious menu subtly inspired by the Mediterranean. Alexandre Sempere, a chef of the natural generation, proposes a modern French cuisine, tasty and elegant. Rock octopus in brioche, reduction of a stew with tarragon, pigeon on the grill, Jerusalem artichokes with buttermilk, Buddha's hand, farm skyr, lemon leaf granita, come discover a unique meal.

I don’t use to make this comments but I think people shouldn’t make a big mistake like this. They don’t deserve to get payed that much…
We knew that the food wasn’t going to be good reading the comments, but the views deserved it… NO WAY!
It is easier to make steaks, ducks, salads and so on… but a normal menu… don’t get into this kind of cooking…
REALLY BAD.
La atención y protocolo si está muy bien.
