This is the spirit of a refined and refined cuisine inspired by the Mediterranean, which is found at Pasco thanks to Pascal Vigne's talent and Pascal Mousset, two professionals who renew the card every day depending on the market. The South is therefore in the honor with an abundance of eggplant au or a chicken salad marinated with thyme but not that… Other soils have their say (foie gras de duck, perigordian salad, normand beef fillet and red wine sauce…), history of not tired our palaces. The fillets fillet, capers sauce, vegetable pan, duck magret, Madeira sauce and vitelotte puree are recommended. Traditional cuisine that makes the difference thanks to the quality of its products.
