A sunny and refined cuisine, inspired by the Mediterranean, served in a well decorated restaurant.

This is the spirit of a refined and refined cuisine inspired by the Mediterranean, which is found at Pasco thanks to Pascal Vigne's talent and Pascal Mousset, two professionals who renew the card every day depending on the market. The South is therefore in the honor with an abundance of eggplant au or a chicken salad marinated with thyme but not that… Other soils have their say (foie gras de duck, perigordian salad, normand beef fillet and red wine sauce…), history of not tired our palaces. The fillets fillet, capers sauce, vegetable pan, duck magret, Madeira sauce and vitelotte puree are recommended. Traditional cuisine that makes the difference thanks to the quality of its products. The decoration is signed by Jacques Garcia.

La meilleure nourriture que nous ayons eue pendant notre voyage! En tant que gourmand, chaque plat était équilibré en saveur et en texture. En tant que personne sociable, nos serveurs étaient si amusants et nous ont même aidés avec notre français!

Soirée exceptionnelle pour la Saint Valentin, un délicieux diner équilibré et subtil pour l'évènement à un prix très raisonnable, j'ai beaucoup aimé le calme et l'accueil propice au tête à tête!!! Et je présente toutes mes félicitations au chef pour sa maitrise de la présentation et la délicatesse de son art.

Un beau cadre, avec vue imprenable sur le dôme des invalides. Une bonne ambiance intérieure, avec un service impeccable, de grande qualité. Les plats que nous avons choisis, étaient savoureux, très bien présentés et de grande qualité ( bravo au chef )
La " patronne" très sympathique, et à l'écoute des ses clients.
Restaurant à conseiller les yeux fermés. Nous y reviendrons sans aucune hésitation.

Dîner de Saint Valentin excellent, le milieu et le menu étaient excellent. La qualité du service était aussi très bien les cocktails et les vins excellents, le chef toujours au top ????????
