BISTROT LE CHAMP DE MARS
Family-run bistro with terrace in Paris offering traditional cuisine and a long or small daily menu.
This is a large, family-run bistro (for more than twenty years to the Dalle family) with one of the most beautiful terraces in the area, close to the Champ-de-Mars. Of course, you come across many tourists there, but there's more. The cuisine is traditional, with a long menu and must-eat dishes (mixed salads, starters, pasta…), but especially a small menu of the day that you can favour. On the programme, Auvergne salad or leeks vinaigrette, calf kidney with mustard seed accompanied with soup, finally strawberry tart. We're completely into tradition!

After dropping a sharp bread knife on my, luckily my cocktail glass was blocking the path towards my stomach and took the blow, smashed all over me, completely soaking me.
No apology was made, I just got handed tissues.
Upon paying the bill, the total is NOT made clear on the paper brought over. 2 starters and 2 cocktails totalled to £100 euros.
The small print on the cocktail page states after 6pm the cocktails go from 4.70 euro to 25 euro EACH.
They added service charge on for soaking me and nearly stabbing me! Accidents happen, but no apology then being ripped off by some pompous pr%*k who is in love with himself is a joke.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
