Brasserie in the rue de Sèvres offering traditional cuisine in Paris.
Its name is Sèvres. Zéro Zéro Sèvres... Beyond the James-Bondian wink, this brasserie on the rue de... Sèvres, at the exit of the Vaneau metro station, has chosen to differentiate itself from its counterparts by opting for a rather successful 1950s decor. Michael Malapert, the interior designer who designed it, is said to have described the place as "the haunt of a dandy lost in the 1950s". Dandies certainly do exist. If they have chosen this restaurant, it is for the quality of its traditional cuisine, the menu lining up the classics of the brasserie: foie gras, duck breast, entrecote and beef fillet, sea bass fillet, unchanging tartare (in three versions), alongside pizzas and other salads.
