Restaurant that delights its customers with a solid traditional cuisine in Paris
This friendly bistro, which I'm sure the General would have appreciated, enthusiastically treats its wise (and gourmet) local customers, but not only. Its cuisine, with a solid traditional base, is straightforward and easy to understand: mayo eggs, chestnut flour pate (which could have been a little spicier for our taste), pig stew, baba au rhum (Oh, that baba, with unlimited rum and a choice of three varieties, please!)... All good stuff! "To choose is to give up", the waiter once told us when he saw us hesitating. He has since seen us again.
