Modern restaurant in Paris serving a menu with fish, meat and Bearnaise sauce.

The Angels are a modern and comfortable restaurant with a counter where a dozen guests are at every service. Some brought their bottle and tasted it with a cap. Because here it is quite unique and appreciated by wine lovers, we can drink bottles from its own cellar! Jacques the owner concocts a menu that will be determined by the bottle and his morning finds in Rungis. À la carte, we're on the way to the entrance of salmon tartare, famous for marsh turnip, or campaign terrine, hazelnuts and chestnuts, salad, and in flat, a filet of stove of stove, leeks, potatoes, spruce sauce, or a beef tab., fried mushrooms, celeri rave purée, berehead sauce. And for those who wouldn't have brought their bottle? No worries, the cellar is rich with 300 references.

the menu at 35€ is a real godsend. the chef is Japanese but the very French dishes. As a starter, crispy calf's head with gribiche, in main course a duck breast fondant wish for dessert, a chocolate tart. A delight from beginning to end.
Note, you can bring your own bottle of wine, with an average corkage fee of €20.
Too few unfortunately to speak of.
