The decision taken by Christian Constant, to make his admiral ship no longer a starred restaurant but rather a chic and contemporary brasserie, has completely mastered. And despite this change, it is still successful. In the kitchen, Jérémie Tourdjman and Alain Carrere have the talent to harmonize the positioning desired by Christian Constant, the man who greets and knows all his customers. In autumn, we revisit the dishes of your childhood but beware it all with a certain class and a certain luxury: pan-fried duck foie gras with gingerbread, pressed beef tongue and duck foie gras in Lucullus way, special hot oysters "Tarbouriech" browned with champagne, raw roasted skate wing spread with shallots and chive, breaded pig trotter andouillette, or, to be shared, a Vol au vent of sweetbreads. For dessert, we recommend you the hot soufflé with Grand Marnier, caramel with fleur de sel of Guérande, a set of gourmet. You can go there with your eyes closed, it is never disappointing and if you're wondering from where this melodious note come from, the answer is: from Montauban.

Il y avait des nœuds qui ont dérangé mon partenaire et moi pendant tout le dîner, les insectes étaient si graves qu'une table à côté de nous a été réinstallée. Une fois les entrées terminées, elles semblaient se dissiper, mais être dérangé par les insectes ne valait pas la peine de rester dans les parages. C'était tellement énervant que nous avons malheureusement sauté le dessert. Dans l'ensemble, un service exceptionnel et un bon restaurant, mais pour le prix, il existe des endroits offrant à la fois une meilleure nourriture et un meilleur rapport qualité-prix.

I'll start by saying the service was absolutely exeptional. You can expect to be waited on very closely, they were both kind and professional. The food was about what you can expect from any other high end restaurant, it was cooked perfectly but nothing about the flavor stood out, with that said I don't think the value was there.
There were knats that bothered my partner and I the whole dinner, the bugs were so bad that a table next to us was re-seated. Once the entrées were done they seemed to dispell, but being bothered by bugs was not worth sticking around. It was so agitating that we skipped out on dessert unfortunately. Overall, amazing service, and nice restaurant, but for the price there are places with both better food and better value.
Extrêmement décevant, salade en accompagnement de deux plats, des tables collées les unes aux autres sans aucune intimité, un service expéditif et un manque d'originalité criante. Aucun intérêt donc. Je n'y retournerai jamais. Un étoilé attrape touristes.

Everything was, well, exceptional. We opted for the tasting menu, together with the wine pairing. This was a special treat for us, and so very worth it. Looking for a Michelin experience? This should be on your list for consideration!
Côté service, absolument rien à redire, le personnel est éminemment sympathique en ne se prenant pas au sérieux, c'est vraiment agréable dans un restaurant de ce niveau et de cette qualité.
Bref tout cela pour dire que cette expérience était très très agréable, merci à toute l'équipe.
