LA FONTAINE DE MARS
Establishment in Paris offering traditional French cuisine, classic dishes and fish.
Opened in 1908, this hotel is one of the oldest restaurants in Paris. In an old-fashioned decor that particularly attracts American tourists for its "so French" side, the Mars Fountain offers traditional French cuisine with a favorite for the specialties of the southwest, including the duck confit. Other classic Hexagone dishes can also be eaten, such as Mr. Duval's andouillette and juice in Chardonnay, or the filet of Vendée roast roast sauce, creamy polenta. We're in heavy, rustic, big… For sensitive stomachs, people who care about their line, there are also some well prepared fish dishes such as the red label on Guérande salt, virgin sauce, candied lemon. And so much after everything, because the plates go effective and to say very nice.
