LE BISTROT DE MAËLLE ET AUGUSTIN II
Very pleasant bistro in Paris offering fish, meat, fresh and homemade products, a cheeseburger.
We knew the Bistrot de Maëlle and Augustine in the 1 st district, here is his little brother in the chic 7 th. BMA for the intimate or the regulars is a very pleasant bistro, or treats and wines make good cleaning. A bistro offering an excellent wine list, such as Sancerre in the Vacheron domain, cannot be fundamentally bad. After discovering this judicious selection of wines, we say that foods will follow and that is indeed the case: a tataki of tuna, fresh herbs, virgin to wakamé, St. Jacques à la plancha, solid juice, season muslin, a duck magret, jus juice, old vegetables, anciens lard, a homemade French fries, a homemade French fries, and a finir meringuée to yuzu. From home, with fresh products, generous plates, the BMA has everything good!
