Bonjour, jamais déçue par les produits Pradier et surtout par l'agréable Cynthia !???? super accueil et vendeuse au top ! Dommage d'apprendre votre départ...belle continuation !

Expérience très moyenne... Le service n'est pas plus accueillant que ça, le plat et les frites étaient plutôt bonnes mais ça ne valait clairement pas ce prix (mais vu l'emplacement je comprends...), sur la vitrine il est clairement indiqué qu'ils acceptent les chèques restau mais une fois en caisse "on ne les accepte pas" , bref, un peu attrape couillon comme endroit.

We have never experienced such appalling customer mistreatment anywhere, let alone a touristic capital such as Paris. We were a party of three (one of us 81 years old) and spent €56 to lunch there. We were polite and only occupied our tiny table for about 40 minutes. While we were still ordering (food, soft drinks, and tap water), the bald man serving as the place’s cashier came to our table and rudely told us that we were ordering too little and that we should order bottled sparkling water instead of just requesting tap water (which is totally fine to ask for in Paris). When we complained about his mistreatment, they told us that it was not a problem, which it obviously was for us. The man never apologised for ruining our meal and making us feel unwelcome. He treated us like we owed him something and he lacked the slightest sense of how to treat customers. With thousands of superior options nearby, we wouldn’t ever enter this place again.

Très déçue de ce restaurant, nous sommes arrivées à 4 personnes : 10 min pour nous installer à l'étage, 15 min d'attente avant que l'on vienne nous prendre la commande, 40 min d'attente pour être servies, c'est fou alors que d'autres personnes sont arrivées après nous et ont été servies avant nous. Pas d'excuse de la part du serveur que nous avons dû relancer plusieurs fois pour avoir nos plats. 17€ la salade césar qui n'a rien d'extraordinaire. Je ne reviendrai pas
