2 star restaurant in Paris offering some already cult dishes and served in omakasse mode.
We discovered him at the greatest addresses (Passard, Pacaud, Gagnaire). We finally found him in his eponymous restaurant: David Toutain. He has a perfectly original style, between Japanese precision and cult of nature to Scandinavian mixed with so-called molecular techniques. Some already highly-prized dishes (as oyster with kiwi or white chocolate, cauliflower with coconut milk) reveal gorgeous tastes and textures. At the rhythm of the plates served in omakasse mode (scallops with romanesco cabbage, strawberry carpaccio, mushroom pork, a cup of coffee and so on), emotions go and come for a sensory and poetic journey in the universe of such talented as atypical chef who won a Michelin star in 2019.

cette table vaut vraiment le détour : service parfait, sommelier prêt à vous faire découvrir une multitude de trouvailles, et maintenant côté cuisine....GENIAL.
Il a 1 macarons chez Michelin, mais 2 macarons est sa vrais note selon mes critères.
Son menu Reine des Prés, avec son œuf......rien que pour cela, j y retournerais demain
