Restaurant offering dishes with gastro accents.

We first met Tomy Gousset at the piano of Pirouette, in Les Halles. Since then, this former student of the Ferrandi school has been digging his creative furrow in the "gastro-bistrot" sphere with talent. He is now a star, with a Michelin star. In his flagship restaurant - he has opened two other establishments in Paris: Hugo & Co and Marso & Co - the Cambodian-born chef gives his dishes a distinctly "gastro" feel. Seen on a new season's menu: fried gnocchi with Burgundy truffles and grapefruits, veal tartar with gribiche sauce and turnips, buckwheat sweetbreads and peppercorns, pan-fried scampi with sarda fried reggola, rum baba with blackberries and basil ice cream... It's a real treat!

Highly recommend Tomy & Co for a special Michelin-starred meal — without pretensions. I dined there last night to celebrate my partner’s birthday. We ordered a la carte: I started with fried gnocchi and black truffles followed by duck and squash pithivier; he had foie gras and golden beets followed by crispy langoustine gateau served in a seafood bisque. The portions were the perfect size, and everything was magnifique. We had all three desserts — one extra on the house for his birthday. If anything, you should come here for a glass of Pulligny Montrachet poured from a magnum for only €22! The staff was young, kind, and not overly attentive. This is the perfect restaurant for a special occasion or date night. Again, I highly recommend it.

It was a great culnirary experience ! Their entrées were definitely impressive ! Truffle was our favorite entrée, but the seafood one was great too. The main dish was above expectation, interesting taste for us as tourists, but yet not too exotic. Chocolate dessert was good enough to finish the meal. The waitor assisted us with great service throughout the meal, and some advice on our wine.

It was a wonderful experience, and definitely live up to my expectations, as it was the first Michelin dining experience. All three courses were unique, and truffle dish were the stars, from appetizers to main courses. The staffs was very warm and friendly as well, with great knowledge and story for each dish

One of the best dining experiences in Paris. The attentive and knowledgeable servers, paired with the expertise of Chef Tomy’s selected menu was excellent. His decades of experience in high end dining was evident with equally visually appealing and delicious courses. The space also gives a very personal touch with the modern art pieces that fill the restaurant with color and personality. Every time I come to Paris, I will be eating at Tomy & Co.
