Restaurant serving beignets, vol-au-vent in the style of chef Guillaume Dehecq, seasonal fish "pimpé"...
But where will David Bottreau stop? This former student of Christian Constant, not content with running Les Fables de la Fontaine next door, opened this Comptoir des Fables in 2019 before taking over Café Lignac at the end of 2023. But back to the Comptoir... Chef Guillaume Dehecq is at the helm. He excels at concocting a cuisine that respects the seasons and uses local produce. An inventive cuisine too, as illustrated by these puffed rice-veal-plum-cantal chips offered as a starter on an autumnal menu.

The ratings and reviews below reflect the subjective opinions of members and not the opinion of The Little Witty.
Passez votre chemin.
