Café in the small Rue Augereau in Paris serving a simple slate of starters, main courses and desserts.

Nestled in the quiet Rue Augereau, a stone's throw from the Eiffel Tower, the patriotically-colored Café de Mars has a neo-vintage air. The menu is short, blending simplicity and exoticism. One October evening, it was a seafood meal for us, with a classic haddock carpaccio, but enhanced with fennel seeds, and a roasted cod-bok choy-agrumes spiced up with the presence of sweet chilly. A fusion cuisine of sorts, appealing to the neighborhood's numerous foreign clientele. Efficient, friendly service and a smart wine list.

Toujours très bien accueillis même si on est arrivé en retard par rapport à l'heure de réservation. Plats gouteux, service très sympathique, ils ne poussent vraiment pas à la consommation (ex : choix du vin au verre, ils m'ont proposé le moins cher).
Bref super le Café de Mars. Mention spéciale à la personne d'origine argentine qui s'est occupée de nous hier.

Un tres bel endroit avec de la nourriture surprenant et en même temps, réconfortant. Le personnel a été chaleureux et attentif du début à la fin. C'est un parfait bistrot de quartier.

La cuisine de bistrot comme je l aime: produits frais et bien cuisines. Rascasse et choux fleur avec sauce curry. Et un délicieux cheese cake de chèvre avec coulis de myrtilles. Accueil vraiment sympa.

Toujours ravie de l'accueil, de l'ambiance et des plats signatures comme le burger ou les cod fish cakes. La cuisine est authentique, bien pensée et plein de goût. Un peu plus de nouveautés chaque mois serait un plus.
