LE SAINT HÔTEL * * * *
Refined hotel with a neo-bistro restaurant, elegant and comfortable rooms and suites, a terrace suite.
The Saint, like Saint-Germain-des-Prés. A refined place out of fashion and time doubled by a neo-bistro restaurant. The Haussmann-inspired facade houses an establishment that is both a palace and a boutique hotel. The 54 elegant and comfortable rooms and suites, where classicism is the order of the day, are decorated in warm tones. They all have a unique character through the choice of materials, colours and fabric prints. Refinement, French savoir-vivre and the spirit of the left bank are all there. Located on the first floor of the hotel, the bright 40 m² suite-terrace has an independent lounge and two beautiful bathrooms and a private terrace of 14 m². Its restaurant Kult will awaken our taste buds with a French, gourmet, generous and delicately cared for cuisine. In addition to the high standards, a bartender offers a card of 10 signature cocktails created exclusively for Le Saint.

The challenge for us was that to access our room we had to walk through the restaurant (Les Parisiens) and take the stairs next to the kitchen. It was awkward having to stroll next to patrons wearing a robe on the way back from the spa. Perhaps a small or irrelevant detail for some, but it was uncomfortable and made us question whether to come back at this otherwise amazing hotel.
Note: not all rooms are accessible through the restaurant/kitchen. Unfortunately, ours was (and several others). I am sure our experience would have been much better if we had stayed in one of those rooms.
