In March 2010, Jean-François Trap won his second star for the restaurant Thoumieux opened in 2009 with Thierry Costes. Renaissance for the restaurant, renaissance for the hotel which has been renovated while retaining the Art-Deco spirit of the s. The beautiful rooms have been designed as places of life that are distinguished by their very Parisian chic and the presence of high-tech objects: iPad, iHome, led screen, etc. Bathrooms are made of marble and tailor-made door handles. From the rococo to all floors in a very cosy atmosphere. Restaurant and hotel meet a library-lounge and a room that can be privatized.
