This respectable house for the chic neighbours of the right bank offers the best of children's shoes: Armani boats or Dockside, ballerinas Camper, moccasins Swamp, Swamp sneakers… You will surely find the pair with the small "I-know-what" which makes all the difference. Prices are equal to the quality of the products offered. The reception is very courteous. Don't hesitate to ask the vendors and take advantage of their experience. From the chic that can be found in the 6 th, 8 th and 16 th boroughs. What a beautiful world.

Il m'est arrivé exactement la même histoire avec une fermeture éclair de boots à 100 euros.
J'ai du revenir 3 fois en boutique pour obtenir la réponse. M Froment ne m'a même pas proposé de la réparer car c'était trop cher.
Il m'a juste été proposé de choisir une nouvelle paire de chaussures car les boots étaient en rupture de stock.
Elles étaient toutes plus chères et beaucoup moins belles. Je me suis bien fait avoir.
Ma fille a été très déçue et moi aussi ça faisait 40 ans que ma famille allait à cette boutique. A raison de 3 paires de chaussures par an et de 13 cousins aucun geste commercial! Tant pis pour eux.

Je suis ravie des nombreux achats que j'ai effectué depuis de nombreuses années ( pour mes 3 enfants) dans ce magasin qui propose des chaussures de qualité.
Il faut savoir mettre le prix pour bien chausser nos enfants mais cela vaut largement le coup. J'ai tenté à plusieurs reprise de me rendre chez un de leur concurrent mais j'ai toujours ete déçue de la qualité.
De plus le magasin de l'avenue de la bourdonnais à totalement été refait et la vendeuse est très souriante, professionnelle et sait y faire avec les enfants.
En bref, je recommande.

I insist, recalling the repair, very unsightly, literally on new shoes, and request it if you find that acceptable. New refusal to intervene, then - no guest in the shop - it meets me, more brutal this time than the management of the " problèmes" it is not a problem, and, " does nothing but sell them, these chaussures". And then, however " they were repaired your shoes, no?! ". Not a problem, therefore, and I must estimate me happy they repaired a pair of shoes old 2 day old. I go strangely, having the impression me engueuler made with pointed that, all the same, the shoes at €75 do not have a deadline period limit formula 2 days after the purchase. Finally, I go obviously, it is by the " service clients" I would reach an explanation and a " gesture client" , as they say... I have all the same shoes to my daughter, and we go to the park side. On the way, after 300m, that is not invented, loose maintenance. I go through again in the shop, fortunately nearby, and the saleswoman calls m. Froment, in front of me. Which explains me that everything is a process and I will obtain a solution suitable to me. I leave the shoes, and I leave the shop. We still do not know who will be the " solution" , no meet on this side there.
In short, a pair of shoes rotten in a production, that arrive. In general, you are given a new pair to the guest, and business is forgotten. Chez Froment-Leroyer, forget that. You enter anyhow repaired shoes to you, and you engueule leads you to dare to remind it.
