Because Taste (we preferred an English theme here), these are days of meetings with great chefs, learning culinary techniques (or more simply making good snacks or cakes, for example), meetings with shopkeepers or craftsmen (just to fill up with food) or even relaxation, provided that the wonderful champagne bar that was present last year is renewed this year.
