HAUT CONSEIL DE LA FAMILLE, DE L’ENFANCE ET DE L’ÂGE (HCFEA)
HCFEA replaces several instances: the High Council of the Family (HFC), the National Council for Pensioners and Elderly Persons (CNRPA), the National Council for Bientraitance and the Rights of Elderly and Disabled Persons (CNBD), the Technical Council of Clubs and Specialised Prevention Teams (GSTC), the National Committee for Support for Parenthood (CNSP) and the Committee (provisional) "Childhood and Adolescence" of France Strategy. The HCFEA conducts public debate and provides public authorities with a cross-cutting and cross-cutting expertise on family and child issues, age advancement, the adaptation of society to ageing and bientraitance, in an intergenerational approach. Its annual work programme takes into account references to the Prime Minister and the ministers concerned, as well as proposals from each of the specialised formations. In addition, in the context of the training courses in the field of children and age, the High Council shall give notice of the bills or orders before it by the competent Minister.
