The Office des Tunisiens à l'Étranger (OTE) is a public institution under the authority of the Tunisian Ministry of Social Affairs. Created in 1988, its mission is to provide services to Tunisians living abroad. These services include administration, social and intercultural mediation, as well as educational and cultural activities. OTE also offers programs tailored to the various components of the Tunisian diaspora, such as Arabic language courses, exploration and study trips, and summer camps for young Tunisians living abroad. OTE has offices in over 15 countries worldwide, where Tunisians can find a social attaché to help and advise them.
