Un bel attrape touristes..Guichet billet et stands à côté pas sympa du tout, Dans le bateau, à l'interieur, on ne voit pas grand chose, sinon des quais, en haut, si beau temps, pas assez de places et aucun dossier nul part..Des téléphones qui ne servent à rien, commentaires au compte goutte, quelle déception, seul le personnel sécurité et bateau est sympa..Il y a une grande concurrence, avec chaises et commentaires, reflechissez..

La balade est correcte mais le personnel beaucoup moins. Manque de respect envers des enfants et des adultes c’est inadmissible! Ça représente un budget pour une famille et se retrouver malmené par le personnel n’est pas acceptable. Expérience très décevante
