Given its miniature size, one could almost walk past it without noticing it. That would be a pity, because the Rose & Perle shop contains treasures from the sea, first and foremost caviar - that explains the "pearl" - and salmon (a Scottish Red Label). The "pink" would rather refer, in our opinion, to the flesh of the smoked tuna, which comes from the Basque country. Wisely lined up on the shelves, the tins of sardines, mackerel fillets, anchovies and tuna rub shoulders with various beverages (champagne, vodka, etc.) and, more recently, bottles of homemade olive oil.
