Perhaps it is because it is located in a discreet street in the 7th arrondissement, but with its bright turquoise blue facade, it is impossible to miss Notre Pâtisserie. In contrast, the interior is white, certainly to better highlight the colourful palette of the cakes. At the bottom, a glass roof overlooking the laboratory where the team prepares the products of the day. Christophe Rhedon (Meilleur Ouvrier de France) and his wife Francesca, who is herself a pastry chef, are at the helm of this refined house, delighting the sweet toothpastes of the district with its delicate fruit tarts, its sublime crunchy hazelnut and its amazing rum baba.
