Small biscuits developed from the recipes of the famous Nostradamus made the House reputation. The ensign, long remained in the hands of Anne Beeck and Hermann Van Beeck, went to those of Laurent Zareba. However, the range has grown with chocolates and calissons, simply divine. There are also products from the Maison Charaix: macaroons of Joyful, Joyful honey and chestnut products.
