LE PETIT DUC
Small biscuits developed from the recipes of the famous Nostradamus made the House reputation. The ensign, long remained in the hands of Anne Beeck and Hermann Van Beeck, went to those of Laurent Zareba. To make known a know-how and a tradition that is inscribed on the metal boxes of the Little Duke "Manufacturer of Sweets and Discoverers of treasures", he installed a nice boutique in a chic neighborhood of Paris. It is arranged as an ancient house with a delightfully outdated atmosphere. Paulette's Folies, Triangles, Unwanted, the Hearts of the little Albert and other pancakes are still there, like nougats, fruit pasta, and candy. However, the range has grown with chocolates and calissons, simply divine. There are also products from the Maison Charaix: macaroons of Joyful, Joyful honey and chestnut products.
