The two pastry geniuses, Hugues Pouget, a former pastry craftsman from Guy Savoy, and his friend Sylvain Blanc (X-Mines…), have worked hard on the opening of their shop. Their secret? It's highly creative as soon as it's about making cakes, logs, pies, and other delicacies. They play a balance between trends and tradition. They use high-quality products while highlighting seasonal flavours. Freshness is incomparable because cakes are made per minute. Everything is in three themes: Hugo for creative creation, Victor for the traditional version and as chocolate candy. Left by entering, the organ to macaroons reels runs or more daring notes. On the right is the table of sweets to share. Then comes the emotion table\ e. Luxury packaging evokes the famous books of writers and artists, members: The black box in the middle of the black box, overcome\ s with a logo argente ́. The little more valuable: A sommelier, Frédéric Béal, sought wine and pastry harmonies and advises you on the wine that goes with the cake, and in general the choice is judicious.
