A family business handed down from generation to generation. Roger Yvon, offers tripe products that are unanimously appreciated and he can, on order, provide you with calf's head, brains, sweetbreads or even beef cheek - a rare thing! He buys his meat from the carcass and prepares it the old-fashioned way. He prefers blond beef from Aquitaine, veal from Corrèze, lamb from Lozère or pork raised on chestnuts from Aurillac. He also sells poultry and ready-made meals. In short, an address like you don't see in the capital!
