David Favorite, the current CEO of the Maison Pradier, gave a new breath to this centenary brand. With 9 restaurants, ideally located in Paris'tourist and business places, the house is growing. Maison Pradier is based on the historical reputation of its pastries to develop each of the restaurants, offering a cosy and warm concept or guests can enjoy homemade products and season for breakfast, lunch or taste it.
This artisan work of the product allows the brand to be rewarded by the Figaroscope for the best religion in chocolate from Paris in 2013 and the best chocolate flash in Paris in 2015.
Besides the complementary activity of delivery of meal trays at the office, the President decides to highlight the catering activity, which has been present for many years with the mythical boutique of 6 rue de Bourgogne.
Today the Maison Pradier offers both high-end fast dining, the delivery of meal trays and other cocktails as well as the organisation of tailor-made events.
