Marie-Anne is simply the daughter of the founder of the Cheesemakers Guild. She picked up the Cantin house, founded by her father Christian in 1950, and made herself a sacred first name. A recognized cheese cheese, she works today with her husband Antoine. In its delicious boutique, it offers famous cheeses with raw milk and many other fine cheese specialities with heart and talent; a house specialty: Saint-Antoine - in honour of his husband - a delicious finely refined cream, which looks smaller to a Léonce-Savarin. The shelving, which is very well-treated, also has some milk products sorted on the strand, including an excellent beurre butter. This is simply exceptional, and it is Harlan Coben's favourite cheese maker, the American polar king, who even has his own plateau! And as Marie-Anne is passionate and bursting with energy, she also finds time to propose tasting workshops.
