History. E-Liquid is a brand marketed since 2013 under the name of Notes. After 10 years of experience in the development of luxury cosmetics and food supplements, the engineers and flavourists at Biocosmet Laboratories have created the E-Liquid Notes range, a high-end alternative to market standards. This new activity started with the manufacture of a small range of e-liquids for the personal consumption of its manufacturers only three years ago. The national enthusiasm for steaming in recent years has pushed the laboratory to commercialize its discovery. And so a wide range of e-liquids with very varied flavours was born. The products. The e-liquids Notes are available in four ranges (Original, Vegetable, Gourmet, Festive) and twelve flavours: a combination of spicy flavours with hints of honey, fresh and intense liquorice and speculoos.
