FUTONS TAKARA

My husband wishing a futon, we bought last year (in 2013) at Takara Futon (street of constantinophe), a futon + a podium. We received 10 days after the futon in the colour chosen, but the podium did not correspond absolutely so that we had ordered. We have, good however liver, given the whole of the order. Then, we demanded an exchange from the shop when we realised that the podium was not the good (i.e. after the deliveryman left, when we opened the service). The shop recovered the poduim which was not the good, and promised to us to deliver the good poduim under 15 days, time to pass through to order at the factory one told me. Mid-August still do not have any news of the shop, I pointed out them. They told me as the factory was closed and we do be delivered only in September, with the new order to themselves only at the beginning of September. Fin Septembre, does not have any news of the shop, I pointed out over them, and they told me the order was much, but we would be delivered in October flawless. At the beginning of November, always no news of the delivery, I pointed out over them. Still a new excuse. The manager of the shop is every time on the pleasant telephone, excusing time and promising a quick delivery to us. It appeared in good liver, but with the passing it was better swindling us!!!!! As you might expect in December, always nothing. We began to irritate us. Then, these thieves, did not meet our calls any more, or in our e-mails. We are now at the beginning of May 2014, and these thieves do not take any more our calls, nor do not meet our e-mails. I have one advice to give you: You can buy a futon, do not order anything at home, you can do have!!!!

The order of futons I spent to futons will takara was delivered me to half after months of delay and many telephone calls.
First the delivery it is very poorly been rolled out: torn cartoons, deliverymen who drop you off the service with the portal (to light up in), and no delivered bill...
Then the calls and telephone messages futons - takara was to the absent subscribers.
The e-mail of threat that I have it to them responsible for this company me ensured that he had never swindled person, that their faithful clientele was for many years and that the rest of my order will be issued in the days to come. Several months past and I always expect...
As for the futons I received they did not at all correspond to my request.
I to resign to the inscrires in loss and enjoy. After a month in search of back and insomnia we gave these objects of torture outside.

Finally dear lovers of futons tip: to avoid wasting your time and money unnecessarily, this company is honest mall.
