MAHATSARA
Mahatsara emphasizes, while respecting the principles of fair trade, the creations of southern African artists, designers and artisans. The masters of the sites, Catherine de La Poype and Christophe Hillé, develop the export of the remarkable know-how of these men and women who perpetuate traditional traditional techniques, while moving their craft to creations with contemporary design. The same applies to heads of cows to be hung at walls that were made from bouchons and recycled plastic packaging. Or mirrors made with flip flip pieces. Even more surprising: bowls and braided plates in wire wire and copper wire.
