For foreign citizens, it is possible to obtain a visa for Dubai in 2-3 days. You will need to present this document on boarding and on arrival in the Emirates. To obtain your visa, you'll need to scan the first page of your passport, your French residence permit or identity card, and a color passport photo with a light background. With this visa, you can visit Dubai and the other Emirates. However, please note that some nationalities are not eligible for this service.
