Fans of Corsican cuisine appreciate this table behind the Ministry of the Interior. The chef, Yann Rebillard, is unrivalled (or almost unrivalled) when it comes to bringing out the best of the island's culinary delights. His stufatu di cinghiale (or wild boar stew) is unheard of; his dishes - eggplant stuffed Bonifacienne-style and cannelloni du berger stuffed with brousse, to name but a few - exude the Island of Beauty. To round things off, and if it's on the à la carte menu, why not try the chestnut moelleux? Divine.

Tres belle decouverte, les plats sont excellents et le service prévenant. Joli petite salle - dommage que la rue de Miromesnil soit si bruyante (porte laissée heureusement ouverte en cette chaude journée)
