On the menu, the diagram of a beef and the different names of the meat allow you to know what you have on your plate! So, is it beef steak, flank steak, rump steak, entrecote, tenderloin, rib steak, ribeye or butcher's cut? To be served with a salad, green beans, home fries or vegetables of the day. Very nice selection of about 800 raw products.
