Restaurant close to the Champs-Élysées serving mature pieces of meat and well thought-out starters.

A stone's throw from the Champs-Elysées, Christian Valette represents all that is best in Aubrac. He offers the products of his farm of Vialars: beef pieces matured for 3 or 7 weeks. On the menu, the diagram of a beef and the different names of the meat allow you to know what you have on your plate! So, is it beef steak, flank steak, rump steak, entrecote, tenderloin, rib steak, ribeye or butcher's cut? To be served with a salad, green beans, home fries or vegetables of the day. Very nice selection of about 800 raw products.

Excellentes viandes
Très bien placé à quelques pas des Champs-Elysées - Une institution du quartier- De très bonnes viandes et un bon service tant au rez-de-chaussée qu'à étage. Un impression décor de viandes en plein maturation à l'entrée.

réservé aux amateurs de bonne viande directement du lieu de production dans l'Aveyron. Et en plus on peut acheter de la viande (voir les vitrines réfrigérées). Bon accueil malgré la bousculade "aux heures de pointe". Une seule ombre au tableau: le prix mais on le dit dans un célèbre film: le prix s'oublie, la qualité reste.
