LE COPENHAGUE
Elegant and intimate restaurant in Paris serving a careful menu, seasonal products and imaginative cuisine.
We need to take height, on the first floor Maison de Danemark on Champs-Elysées, you can discover this elegant and intimate space designed by the iconic couple of the Danish design Stine Gam and Enrico Fratesi. It is right above the Flora Danica restaurant which also belongs to the Maison du Danemark, so you can't miss it! The interior Le Copenhague exudes a serenity of the Scandinavian culture and the bay window brings a nice light in the restaurant. The menu is signed by Andreas Møller, a young 34-years-old chef and one of the representatives of the New Nordic movement. He started working at restaurant Saison alongside Erwin Lauterbach who taught him an spontaneous cooking approach and the work of seasonal products, which is to keep simplicity. Having learned this style of cooking, chef Andreas Møller now offers a real culinary experience at Le Copenhague. He gives his imagination free run and offers a cuisine that respects and sublime the product. Every day, he offers a signature tasting menu with food and wine pairing and it's a treat.
