Danish brasserie with garden offering a varied menu of fish and meat at good value for money.
Mythical address of the Champs-Elysées, the Flora Danica is a genuine, warm and lively Danish brasserie. Lively throughout the day, you can enjoy lunch or dinner in the stylish Scandinavian design hall of the Danish agency gamfratesi, or for a cocktail around the huge green marble bar. In the beautiful days, we take advantage of the garden. There is an incredible calm there and the frame is green, almost forgotten that we are in Paris and on the most famous avenue of the capital! The map is signed by Andreas Møller, the young Danish chef in Copenhagen, with his Parisian accomplice Guillaume Leray. The map varies according to the chef's intakes and inspirations, but we will find the essential marined salmon at the aneth way "Gilbert Bécaud", smørrebrød (slices of black bread covered with vegetables, meat, fish) or traditional æblekage (apples with whipped cream, de… macaron and curry). If you are a salmon fan, you really recommend the smoked salmon/gravlax/salmon/tartare salmon plate. It's a delight. One regret, however, is a shame that the menus of the day do not offer salmon in main dish. Their very good value for money therefore loses its meaning… In order to eat salmon, we are forced to fall on the map, it is very good but a little more expensive, slightly annoying.
