Restaurant in Paris offering a menu of smoked fish, crab and foie gras, a specialty of the house.

For more than 80 years, Caviar Kaspia is one of the great places of rendez-vous Paris where you like to find fashion designers, artists, writers, businessmen and connoisseurs. This restaurant was founded by Arcady Fixon, a Russian who fled the new regime, which wanted to recreate in this establishment the atmosphere of the salons of Russian aristocracy at the beginning of the th century. You can discover in the second room precious objects linked to the art of the table and the tasting of caviar which are displayed in a showcase.

Prices vary depending on the amount of caviar ordered. Apart from the divine grain (sevruga, beluga, osciètre), the map is organized around preparations based on smoked fish, crab and foie gras. We recommend the fine eel salad from Denmark. For desserts, you can pass, it's simply not the specialty of the house.
