MAMIE BURGER MICHODIÈRE
Restaurant with a refined decoration specializing in burgers with good bread and ingredients made in France.
At Mamie Burger, you are far from US fast food chains because it is the burgers of Mamie that we want you to discover here, prepared with good bread and fresh quality ingredients made in France. The names of the burgers are linked to the family of Mamie, of course, such as the "Papi Dédé" with Aubrac beef meat, grilled bacon, cheddar, pickles, caramelized onions and barbecue sauce, or the "Cousin de Savoie" with Aubrac meat, cheddar, batavia, batavia, red onions, tomatoes and mayonnaise sauce, or the "Neveu fermier" with Aubrac meat, saint-nectaire, grilled bacon, old-fashioned mustard sauce, chives. You choose the side dish separately, as a supplement, with, at choice, French fries, salad, sweet potatoes, or coleslaw. The burgers are creamy but it's to be regretted that the French fries are a little too thin and soggy, not really homemade French fries of which you would dream at Mamie… However, for the rest, nothing to say, a refined urban decoration and an efffective service, these are true extras that compensate for the slightly soggy potato.
