Zafran offers an elegant and refined setting , with his white tablecloths, its black furniture and its déco with the ethnic touches. The chef has in heart to make discover the Indian gastronomy, rich in flavours and colors. As an appetizer, the grilled meats marinated of meat and fish, with the spices tikka or tandoori, and of varied donuts (onions bhajee or to panir it will pakora with cheese) make travel the tastebuds. The lamb is adapted in all the possible ways (Madras, vindaloo, punjabi, jalfrezi, zagwala, tikka massala or bharta) and one will choose the spice level of the dish, from less to much. One finds also chicken curry, Madras, zafran, dahl, tikka massala or punjabi. A sure value with the quality positive ratio/price and the liberal amounts!
