Temple of Indian Mughal gastronomy offering a refined cuisine.

This Indian Gastronomie gastronomy Temple hides behind a beautiful wooden door drawn from a clever palace. Ratn means a jewel in Hindi and it is truly refinement inside: panels made of old shutters, pampilles chandeliers, silverware, porcelain, beautifully crafted tables of white tablecloths. The Bhalla family knows how to receive and ensures that its th century cuisine is made in the purest tradition of Northern India, New Delhi specifically. In the plate, the kitchen is refined in the small sauces that accompany the dishes and the flavour of the dishes. The of toasted chopped lamb lamb, mint, coriander, and coriander marque, as well as pickled gambas sauce in spices, coconut milk, or curry-fried vegetables in mughal and saffron basmati rice, with cajou, almonds and raisins. In dessert, the royal cake to the flour of chickpeas, almonds, pistachios, flavoured with rose water puts a final point at the meal. Shaman Lal Ballah is always verve to welcome the clientele and it is very pleasant.

l'un des rares vrais et délicieux restaurant indien à PARIS;
Elégant feutré, et raffiné dans une ambiance cosy. Bien que le service soit un peu long, la cuisine et les mets sont délicats et gouteux. nous y retournerons
