YOKO
Restaurant within the French Company of the Orient of China in Paris.
Set amidst the Compagnie française de l'Orient and that of China, fully renovated, this Japanese-inspired restaurant designed by the architects Sarah Lavoine and François Schmidt offers a refined and elegant setting, with light wood, raw materials for a zen and bright atmosphere. The carte, short and composed of many specialties, offers subtle dishes that make traveling your taste buds (Ebiten Salada: tempura of shrimp, spicy mayonnaise; Maguri Shunkan: maki of half-cooked tuna in tempura, yuzu sauce with miso; Gyu Teriyaki: sirloin beef, teriyak sauce; Tori No Guriru: fillet of roasted farm chicken, pack-choï cabbage, and sweet chili garlic sauce). Possibility to order in advance his takeaway bento, and desserts directly at Pâtisserie des Rêves with the classic ones to die for. A very pleasant but too dearly charged break.
