HYOTAN
Restaurant in Paris elaborating delicious dishes, a menu of izakaya type cuisine with 100% Japanese flavors.
At the end of a small, poorly-aged staircase, the restaurant has an atmosphere of "drunk boat" typical to wish and almost exclusively frequented by the Japanese. The dishes are delicious: not a single failure in the map for little liking the flavors 100 % Japanese! It is a kitchen of izakaya type, that is, many small dishes with sake. Of course, taste the assortment of sushi with a preference for those in the St. James, the egg udon or even the Japanese pot. If you don't finish your sake bottle, you can leave it in storage and find it at your next arrival.
