Well, it's without counting Kokohana, its heating plates and its giant bibs… This kitchen before your eyes is obviously not without smell, your clothes will remember, but the flavours are indeed there: Saint-Jacques nuts, vegetable shrimp, beef fillet… perfectly cooked. Un très bon restaurant qui mélange goûts occidentaux et japonais.
Le chef cuisinier est devant nous et c'est un spectacle à part entière (si cela ne vous intéresse pas allez aux autres tables)

L'ambiance y est excellente, surtout à la table de Monsieur Yoshi et quel savoir-faire ! C'est un véritable spectacle pour les yeux de voir la préparation devant nous, mais également un régal pour les papilles :)
Je reste encore bouche-bée devant le "butter fly" (oui, cette blague m'a beaucoup amusée) digne d'un grand chef !
Il faut mettre la main au portemonnaie, ce n'est pas donné, mais cela vaut le coup ! Petits mangeurs s'abstenir, les portions sont généreuses ;)
