LE PETIT CENTRE DU MONDE
Vietnamese restaurant and champagne bar with a retro décor, popular with lovers of exotic cuisine.
Here is a strange mixture of Vietnamese restaurant and champagne bar. In this far-eastern cave on three levels, the Saigon style retro decor of the years 1940 brings an intimate and refined atmosphere. At the helm in the kitchen, the chef of the vintage, and as master of the place, a hardened night-bird (ex-Raspoutine), Benjamin Kazan of Vietnamese origin... All the ingredients come together to attract in this Small World Centre beautiful people like lovers of exotic cuisines. The recipes offered have proved their worth for ages such as copious bo bun or well proportioned beef salad with lemongrass and ginger; or the papaya salad and mango with shrimp, fresh and subtly enhanced. But these are also some unknown specilities that we discover with joy like duck with honey from Hua and pink pepper, gourmet and generous; the vietnamese Tiger (i.e beef on a bed of seasoned salad) or crispy pancakes with mushrooms and shrimps.
