LE BOCCADOR
Historical restaurant in Paris elaborating an Italian and seasonal cooking, good products of the Italian soils.
This historic restaurant of the golden Triangle welcomes guests since the 70's in an elegant decor made up of woodwork with light oak and imposing mirrors. Bought out in 2012 by Bertrand Suchet, a former advertising executive who preferred the challenge of a beautiful address to revive to a quiet retreat, the Relais Boccador peacefully drifts on (re) conquered field, brilliantly honoring the gourmet and seasonal Italian cuisine. The plump burrata just sublimated with bright olive oil and basil, the artichoke prepared in Roman way, the real vitello tonnato (finely sliced veal in a thick sauce with tuna), cutlet with marsala, this Sicilian wine liquor, the sautéed squids with garlic and parsley, etc. Many dishes where the spotlight is given to various good Italian products. A special mention for the real carbonara spaghetti with bacon of Zevaco, forget the diced bacon and the fresh cream, it is with pancetta, beaten eggs and Parmesan that we have to order to feast.
