Canteen in Paris offering a pizza with fine dough and products of the Boot, a menu of meats and seasonal products.
Close to the Eiffel Tower, the Cantina di Luca brilliantly highlights Italian flavours. Here the pizza is queen: special meal, 4 days of fermentation, natural yeast and descalled water, Morello oven for uniform cooking in wood fire… With its fine pasta and its products sorted on the component (gorgonzola, parmesan, ricotta, Parma ham, spicy salami, etc.), it is full tasting, on site or to take away. Recipes are often original and well found, such as the "Pretenzioso" without pretence, but also with goat cheese and nuts. On the à la carte, classical antipasti, carpaccio, bruschetta, prosciutto di Parma, traditional pasta, gnocchi, calf staircase, risotto to seasonal products (asparagus and parmesan, artichoke and raw ham, scallops and citrus), and other sunny dishes (barbecued tuna, chicken fillet and its compote of onions and red peppers.). A must-eat dessert: the "profiteroles de la cantina" with the possibility of choosing your ice-cream (vanilla, caramel, chocolate, coffee, pistachio, strawberry). As for the atmosphere, the wooded and bright décor is warm and cozy. The service is attentive and we will not hesitate to do some jokes, especially in relation to the names of the pizzas sometimes quite iconoclastic… Let yourself be tempted by a à la carte cocktail if you want to go to the table again at the end of the meal, they're really successful.

Par contre, la propreté des wc est à revoir...il faudrait même les changer. Ma copine a préféré aller aux wc homme (à la propreté déjà très discutable) tellement les wc femme étaient immondes.
