Très bonne expérience. Nous avons pris des pâtes carbonara et des pâtes au saumon. Plats délicieux que l'on peut personnaliser en choisissant son type de pâtes, enlever ou rajouter des ingrédients. La salle est très agréable. Je recommande vivement.

Worst service ever!! They don’t care about customer, how long they wait etc. We can’t even sit in a table althought there was a lot of free table. The raisin the waiter says is “I’m the the only people here and you need to wait!”, how long?, “whatevet it takes!”??!!! The guy seems to don’t want to work and don’t want any customer. Vapiona, this is Champ Elysee planty of good restaurant better than you, in easter holiday and Samedi you should provide more stuff !! We leave and go to the L’Itelian which was 5 min walk from Vapiona which was much better, a real Italian cuisine!!

I have never been to a restaurant with such poor service in my life. The staff were almost out to annoy the customers. They looked angry, miserable and underpaid. The toilets were filthy. The table was filthy and I had to hound a waitress to have it cleaned. The food was cold and tasteless. I strongly advice anyone not to visit this place.

Food was very nice. Service was shocking. Barely got greeted, had to ask for our table to be cleared, and no acknowledgment when asked for something for our food. Barely got a smile from any staff.

Mehr als die Hälfte der Herrn Toiletten defekt.
Das elektronische bestellservice im Lokal ist eine Frechheit. Man muss eine Account anlegen dann geht die Bezahlung weder per Kreditkarte noch per depit card. So ein misserable Service ist heutzutage nicht zu mutbar.
Essen war wir erwartet Qualität.
